Title IX is a federal civil rights law in the United States of America passed as part of the Education Amendments of 1972. It prohibits sex-based discrimination in any school or other education program that receives funding from the federal government.

Use this form to report Clayton State University Title IX situations such as sexual harassment, sexual violence, sexual misconduct, stalking, intimate partner or dating violence, including discrimination based on sex, gender identity, or to report an accommodation requested by Pregnant and Parenting Clayton State University actively enrolled Students.  If you or someone you know has been impacted or directly involved in any of these situations, you are encouraged to bring it to the attention of the Title IX Coordinator, Title IX Deputy, or another University Official.

The Title IX Coordinator or Deputy is available to answer questions about your options, processes, resources, ensure that appropriate actions are taken, and provide guidance and referrals. If you choose optional disclosure of your identity, the Title IX Coordinator or Deputy may contact you in response to the submission of the report.
